Job Description
Desert Field Building Contracting is seeking a skilled HVAC Draftsman to join their team for projects in the UAE. This role is essential for the precise creation and coordination of mechanical system designs.
As an HVAC Draftsman, you will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings, including shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings. Your expertise will ensure that HVAC systems are accurately represented and integrated seamlessly with other building services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong command of AutoCAD and a solid understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, and chilled water piping. Immediate joiners or those on a visit or cancelled visa are preferred, indicating a need for prompt project commencement.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate drawings with MEP engineers, consultants, and site teams.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
- Maintain accurate and organized drawing records.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC Draftsman, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Drafting.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Experience in preparing HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, and chilled water piping.
