Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Technical Engineer to join our design and construction team. In this role, you will be crucial in bridging the gap between architectural vision and engineering feasibility.
You will be responsible for developing technical drawings, integrating structural and building systems, and ensuring that designs comply with all relevant building codes and standards. This position requires a strong understanding of both architectural aesthetics and engineering principles to deliver innovative and buildable solutions.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Translate architectural concepts into detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Perform structural analysis and design for various building components.
- Integrate building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) into architectural designs.
- Ensure all designs comply with local and international building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with architects, civil engineers, and construction teams.
- Utilize CAD and BIM software for design, documentation, and coordination.
- Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from design to construction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture with a strong technical focus, or Civil Engineering with architectural experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural and engineering design within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design and analysis software.
- Solid understanding of structural principles, building materials, and construction methods.
- Knowledge of local and international building codes and standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
