Summary:

As the Brand and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen the company’s brand presence, drive property sales, and ensure consistent communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft brand strategy, voice & identity aligned with business goals
  • Plan/Execute campaigns for property launches & sales
  • Collaborate with sales, design & PR
  • Analyze market trends, campaign performance & report insights
  • Build partnerships (influencers, media, events)

Requirements:

  • 3+ yrs digital marketing/brand experience (real estate preferred)
  • Expertise in digital marketing (social media, Google Analytics)
  • Creative, data-driven, excellent communication
