Job Description

Colton Group is actively seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Group Human Resources Manager (Group HRM) to lead our strategic HR operations.

This role is designed for a dynamic professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive HR excellence across all our business units.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that align with the Group's overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, welfare, and ensuring full compliance with labor laws.

This position also involves managing organizational development, workforce planning, and supervising HR teams to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field; an MSc is a serious added advantage
  • Minimum of 15 years HR experience
  • At least 5 years in leadership/managerial roles
  • CIPM certification is COMPULSORY
  • Additional HR certifications are an added advantage
  • Strong leadership and organizational management skills
  • Ability to manage HR operations across multiple business units
  • Excellent understanding of labor laws and performance management
