Job Description

Maharah Human Resources Company is seeking a dedicated International Recruitment Officer to spearhead overseas recruitment initiatives.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with international recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers. Your primary focus will be identifying and sourcing highly qualified candidates from diverse global markets, ensuring a seamless recruitment and mobilization process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, international recruitment, or manpower outsourcing.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience dealing with overseas recruitment agencies is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and deadlines.
