Maharah Human Resources Company is seeking a dedicated International Recruitment Officer to spearhead overseas recruitment initiatives.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with international recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers. Your primary focus will be identifying and sourcing highly qualified candidates from diverse global markets, ensuring a seamless recruitment and mobilization process.
This position requires exceptional communication skills, fluency in English, and a solid understanding of international recruitment best practices. You will play a key part in aligning candidate profiles with client requirements and overseeing the smooth execution of all recruitment activities.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with international recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas recruitment partners.
- Source and identify qualified candidates based on client requirements.
- Review candidate profiles and ensure alignment with job specifications.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, and candidate documentation.
- Follow up on visa processing, mobilization, and deployment timelines.
- Negotiate recruitment terms and service agreements.
- Maintain recruitment databases and track candidate pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.
- Prepare periodic recruitment reports and updates for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, international recruitment, or manpower outsourcing.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience dealing with overseas recruitment agencies is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and deadlines.
