Golden Oil Industries Limited is seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resource Manager to join their team in Lagos.

Shape and execute the human capital strategy

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)
Recognized HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, CIPM, CIPD, or SPHR are highly desirable
8–10+ years of strategic HR experience
Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
Significant involvement in PMS and L&D functions
Proven ability to develop and execute end-to-end PMS and L&D programs
Experience using modern learning technologies, HRIS, LMS, and data analytics tools
