Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Recruiter to join our People & Culture team. This contract role focuses on managing the complete recruitment process for long-term freelance positions across our core agency disciplines in North America.

You will be instrumental in identifying, screening, and negotiating with top-tier freelance talent, ensuring we secure the best candidates to deliver exceptional work for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for freelance positions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles in Account Management, Strategy, Production, Creative & Design, and Influencer tracks.
  • Build and maintain active pipelines and continuous rosters of freelance talent.
  • Conduct rate negotiations and facilitate the handover of candidate information for onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records in the centralized resourcing tracker.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience as a contract or freelance recruiter in an agency, digital, social, or creative environment.
  • Extensive network and existing contractor roster focused on creative agency tracks.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workable.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience recruiting for ad agencies is strongly preferred.
  • Must have experience with both US and Canadian markets.
