Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Relationship Officer, also known as a Locality Success Agent, to join our dynamic team at Credit Direct Finance Company Limited. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in cultivating and strengthening relationships with various associations within your designated localities. Your primary focus will be on driving sales conversions and promoting the adoption of our financial products at the grassroots level. You will collaborate closely with Association Ambassadors, providing them with the support and guidance needed to foster engagement and ensure seamless product integration.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with association leaders and members.
- Address and resolve any challenges or complaints from associations.
- Respond to, qualify, and track inbound leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- Serve as the main point of contact for associations, addressing inquiries and needs.
- Manage and support a team of Association Ambassadors.
- Conduct training sessions for Ambassadors and association members.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new association members.
- Guide Ambassadors in promoting financial inclusion products.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Lead on association onboarding.
- Develop and implement local sales strategies.
- Work with the marketing team on locality-specific promotional campaigns.
- Track and report on sales conversion rates and gather member feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Sales, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field within the financial services industry.
