Job Description
We are actively seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our fully remote team, with a focus on the Latin American market. This role is instrumental in expanding our reach and connecting with businesses and organizations that can benefit from our advertising solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include identifying prospective advertising clients, cultivating strong relationships, and effectively selling advertising opportunities. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to understand client needs, develop tailored advertising strategies, and achieve ambitious sales targets. Regular client communication and diligent sales performance tracking are essential components of this role.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential advertising clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Sell advertising opportunities to businesses and organizations within the LATAM region.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand client needs and develop tailored advertising solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify further opportunities.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports on pipeline and progress.
- Develop and execute effective cold call campaigns.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven success in Sales, including the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Experience in Marketing, with knowledge of advertising solutions and campaign strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM (Odoo preferred) tools and other sales-related platforms.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets in a remote environment.
- Strong (C-level) written and verbal English communication skills.
- 1+ years of experience developing and executing on cold call campaigns.
- Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline management and reporting.
- Ability to work full time CST.
- Passion for community service (Nice to Have).
- Background managing a sales team / sales reps to achieving quarterly goals (Nice to Have).
- Previous experience in advertising or a related field (Nice to Have).
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred (Nice to Have).
- Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal comms (Nice to Have).
