Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Lead to spearhead marketing efforts for a diverse portfolio of clients, with a significant focus on a rapidly expanding startup microfinance bank. This dynamic role blends client relationship management, campaign execution, and overarching strategy development, positioning you as a key marketing advisor to clients across various sectors.
You will be instrumental in shaping and implementing high-impact marketing strategies for complex accounts, while also contributing to the growth and innovation of our entire client base.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing strategy and execution across multiple client accounts
- Serve as the primary marketing lead for a startup microfinance bank client
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with each client’s business goals
- Ensure brand consistency, regulatory compliance (where applicable), and performance excellence across campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, content, paid media, partnerships, activations)
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, agency leadership, and internal creative, media, and strategy teams
- Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across accounts
- Support pitches, proposals, and onboarding of new clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within an agency or client-facing environment
- Proven experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, or other regulated industries
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
