Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Lead to spearhead marketing efforts for a diverse portfolio of clients, with a significant focus on a rapidly expanding startup microfinance bank. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategy and execution across multiple client accounts
  • Serve as the primary marketing lead for a startup microfinance bank client
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with each client’s business goals
  • Ensure brand consistency, regulatory compliance (where applicable), and performance excellence across campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, content, paid media, partnerships, activations)
  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, agency leadership, and internal creative, media, and strategy teams
  • Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across accounts

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within an agency or client-facing environment
  • Proven experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, or other regulated industries
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
