Job Description
Fokes Consult is actively seeking a driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our esteemed team in the prime locations of Victoria Island and Ikoyi, Lagos.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving property sales by connecting clients with exceptional real estate opportunities. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the entire sales cycle, from initial client engagement and lead qualification to negotiation and final transaction closing. Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with clients will be a cornerstone of your success.
We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 3-5 years of dedicated sales experience, preferably with a strong background in the real estate industry. A comprehensive understanding of real estate products, market trends, and the nuances of the VI/Ikoyi property market is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively engaging with a discerning clientele.
