Job Description

APM Monaco is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Store Manager to lead our Santa Anita boutique.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the performance and profitability of the store. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, optimizing operations, and ensuring an exceptional client experience that reflects the luxury status of APM Monaco.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive performance to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs, maximizing business profitability.
  • Analyze performance data to identify business needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Ensure staff is proficient in POS usage and maintenance, and properly execute all management POS functions.
  • Manage cash control procedures, including bank deposits, safe funds, and petty cash.
  • Monitor inventory movement and ensure adherence to all transferring and receiving policies.
  • Maintain boutique image according to brand standards and implement merchandising directives.
  • Ensure all associates provide the highest level of customer service and manage client databases effectively.
  • Resolve client problems and complaints efficiently and manage special events.
  • Identify and recruit talent, build, and retain a high-performing team.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating passion for APM Monaco and its products.
  • Conduct in-store training, one-on-one coaching, and team meetings.
  • Build individual objectives and development plans for team members.
  • Ensure professional image and grooming standards are met.
  • Resolve HR issues in a timely manner, partnering with the HR team when necessary.
