Job Description

Zetile Group is seeking a Store Supervisor to join their team in Lekki, Lagos.

This role offers a net monthly salary of ₦150,000 and includes a structured shift schedule with adequate rest days, along with on-the-job training and growth opportunities.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates residing on the Island with impeccable character and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations.
Manage inventory and stock levels.
Ensure excellent customer service.
Train and supervise store staff.
Drive sales performance.
Maintain store presentation and organization.

Qualifications

A fresh graduate (BSc.) in any discipline, class of 2023 to 2025.
Must reside on the Island (Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Ajah, or environs), non-negotiable.
Exceptional spoken and written English communication.
Demonstrably impeccable character: honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
Positive attitude toward work, a fast learner, and ability to adapt quickly to new processes.
Physically fit and able to be on your feet throughout a shift.
Comfortable working in a structured shift rotation (1 day on, 1 day off on a 24-hour schedule).
Basic computer literacy; familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills with a genuinely customer-first mindset.
