Job Description
LibertyPay is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Channel Manager to spearhead the physical distribution of our innovative products across Nigeria.
In this critical role, you will be instrumental in building, nurturing, and expanding our offline retail network. Your primary focus will be on activating new retailers, ensuring seamless distribution of our scratch cards, and providing a trusted, accessible experience for customers who prefer in-person transactions.
This is a hands-on, field-intensive position that demands strong commercial acumen and a passion for relationship building. You will be responsible for managing intricate distribution logistics, actively recruiting and retaining a motivated network of retail agents, and cultivating strong partnerships with both national and regional retail chains.
Your success will be measured by your ability to ensure that every retailer within our network is well-equipped, highly motivated, and consistently performing. You will embody the understanding that even the best product requires effective on-the-ground presence to reach its full market potential.
