Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage sales executives to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies designed to drive significant revenue growth.
  • Establish clear sales targets, meticulously track team performance, and provide targeted coaching and mentorship.
  • Actively recruit, train, and onboard new sales executives, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data and prepare insightful performance reports for management.
  • Collaborate effectively with the marketing department to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive sales experience.
  • At least 1 to 3 years of proven experience in a sales leadership or managerial role.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, motivate, and grow high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A verifiable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the real estate, agriculture, or services sectors is considered a significant advantage.
  • Proximity to our Lekki Head Office is beneficial for this role.
