Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and persuasive Sales Executives to join our team and drive the sales of our real estate and farm investment products. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our offerings to both commercial and private clients, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and engaging potential clients, educating them on the benefits of our products, and converting them into satisfied investors. You will also be expected to provide regular sales reports and customer feedback to management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to individuals, corporate organizations, and investors to introduce farm and real estate products.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, visits, referrals, and marketing activations.
  • Educate clients on product features, benefits, pricing, and investment returns.
  • Convert prospects into paying customers and close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Attend site inspections, property tours, and sales meetings when required.
  • Meet or exceed assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales reports and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND qualification (Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage).
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations (real estate or investment sales experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with the Lagos market and willingness to work on the field when required.
  • Ability to use basic digital tools (WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) is an advantage.
