Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Stock Manager to lead our sales initiatives and ensure optimal inventory levels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of both sales strategies and efficient stock management. You will be responsible for driving revenue, minimizing stock discrepancies, and leading a team to achieve targets within our bustling market environment.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Oversee stock receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales and stock team.
- Analyze sales data and inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all operational and financial policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management and inventory control.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with market operations and retail environments.
- Ability to work market hours (Mon-Fri 8am-7pm, Sat 9am-6pm).
