Job Description

Ninja is seeking a diligent Loss Prevention Executive to join their team. This role is crucial for maintaining the security and integrity of the company's retail stores and distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively monitor store and DC premises through regular patrols and by using security tools like CCTV to identify suspicious activities or safety hazards.
  • Deter theft and policy violations through a visible and professional security presence.
  • Ensure all security equipment, including cameras and alarms, is functioning correctly and report any malfunctions.
  • Respond promptly to any security or safety incidents, such as theft or accidents.
  • Prepare clear and accurate daily activity logs and incident reports.
  • Preserve evidence and assist the SLP Manager in preliminary investigations as needed.
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure staff are complying with company security and safety policies.
  • Use basic data keeping and analysis skills to maintain records of security checks, audits, and incidents.
  • Assist in periodic inventory counts and operational audits to help identify sources of shrinkage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in any related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in on-ground operations, such as retail, warehousing, logistics, or a similar field.
  • High integrity, honesty, and professional ethics.
  • Basic data keeping and analysis skills for monitoring security tools and identifying patterns.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong observational abilities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
