Job Description

Our subsidiary, Jadaya, is actively seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in upholding software quality and ensuring the reliability of our products through comprehensive testing activities.

You will be responsible for designing, executing, and meticulously tracking tests, collaborating closely with both development and business teams. Your expertise will ensure that all system requirements are accurately implemented, facilitating stable and successful software releases across various environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust test plans and test cases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
Validate new developments, configurations, and bug fixes prior to deployment.
Identify defects, coordinate their resolution with developers and vendors, and track them to closure.
Ensure the overall quality and stability of systems across all environments.
Verify that all business requirements are correctly implemented in the software.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
2–5 years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
Strong understanding of various software testing methodologies, including Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT.
Proven experience in writing and maintaining detailed test cases and comprehensive test plans.
Familiarity with leading defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Basic knowledge of databases and SQL is considered a significant advantage.
Experience with automation testing tools, such as Selenium or Cypress, is a plus.
