Job Description

BlackStone eIT is seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join their on-site team in Dubai.

This role is crucial for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software by meticulously executing manual testing, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and managing defects.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive test documentation, scripts, and execution records, working closely with developers and business analysts to resolve issues promptly.

The ideal candidate will possess strong bilingual communication skills in both Arabic and English, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

Execute manual software testing activities based on business and technical requirements.
Prepare, review, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test execution records.
Support User Acceptance Testing by coordinating with business users and project stakeholders.
Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects using defect management tools.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Validate fixes and perform regression testing when required.
Maintain accurate test documentation and provide regular testing status updates.
Ensure software solutions meet functional, usability, and quality requirements.
Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues clearly in both Arabic and English.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
Good understanding of the software testing lifecycle and defect lifecycle.
Experience in preparing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
Ability to support UAT activities and coordinate with end users.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English.
Available to work on-site.
