- Document linguistic issues clearly in professional bug databases, track progress, and verify fixes.
- Evolve into a trusted LQA expert, managing projects from indie titles to AAA blockbusters and mastering the full testing cycle.
- Develop and refine test cases, meticulously document findings, and establish best practices for LQA.
- Engage with developers and fellow testers early in the process to influence localization testing and improvement strategies.
- Continuously seek innovative and efficient ways to optimize workflows, share knowledge, and elevate team standards.
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to perfection.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese and confident command of written and spoken English.
