Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Smart Home Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is focused on promoting and selling advanced smart home solutions, cultivating strong customer relationships, and driving business expansion within a rapidly evolving market.
Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new sales opportunities, conducting compelling product presentations, and achieving assigned sales targets. You will be instrumental in understanding client needs and recommending tailored smart home solutions, ensuring seamless project delivery through collaboration with technical teams.
Staying abreast of the latest smart home technologies and market trends will be key to your success. You will also be responsible for preparing regular sales reports and maintaining excellent relationships with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell smart home products and solutions to individual and corporate clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable smart home solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Stay updated with smart home technologies, products, and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Smart Home or technology-related products.
- Prior experience in smart home solutions is mandatory.
- Sales experience in GCC is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Preferably under 40 years of age.
- Knowledge of smart home systems, IoT devices, or home automation solutions.
- Experience in both B2C and B2B sales.
- Ability to work in bilingual environments (Arabic & English).
