Job Description

HSI is seeking a seasoned Account Executive to join our dynamic EMEA team, focusing on driving new business growth across the United Kingdom and Ireland.

This is a full-cycle sales role that balances inbound lead conversion with proactive outbound prospecting. You will be instrumental in identifying and closing new business opportunities for HSI's established SaaS solutions, including Skillko, DoneSafe, and HandsHQ, which are designed to enhance safety, compliance, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close for new business opportunities.
  • Execute a balanced sales motion with approximately 50% inbound and 50% outbound activity.
  • Proactively generate pipeline through outbound activity, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct consultative sales processes to uncover customer needs and align them with tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and business cases to various stakeholders, including senior decision-makers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage a multi-product sales motion across Skillko, DoneSafe, and HandsHQ.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on land-and-expand opportunities post-sale.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive deal success and customer outcomes.
  • Undertake travel (~10%) for industry events, conferences, and occasional in-person meetings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position solutions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding new business targets.
  • Strong experience in full-cycle sales, from prospecting through closing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage both inbound and outbound pipelines.
  • Skilled in consultative/value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and modern sales tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo).
  • Experience selling into UK or Irish markets.
  • Experience selling multiple SaaS products or solutions (Nice to have).
  • Experience in EHS, compliance, construction, or workforce management industries (Nice to have).
