As a Therapeutic Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving sales quotas, driving market volume, and meeting business objectives within your assigned territory. You will receive comprehensive training to develop deep industry knowledge, refine your sales skills, and become an expert in our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Trelstar and Tlando to healthcare providers, including medical practices, physicians, clinics, and pharmacies within your assigned territory.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers within assigned customers and professional networks to enhance scope of influence.
  • Create, maintain, and increase sales within your designated territory by influencing prescribing habits, on-label, and in support of patients.
  • Implement brand marketing strategies and tactics at the local level, execute managed care pull-through and push-through strategies, and leverage Verity resources to enhance business results.
  • Conduct daily calls (face-to-face and virtual) with key stakeholders to establish long-term relationships and achieve sales quotas.
  • Develop and implement an efficient Territory business plan with strategies and tactics to maximize opportunities and increase sales results.
  • Collaborate across Verity teams and business partners to maximize efforts and enhance business outcomes.
  • Identify and partner with stakeholders who impact healthcare decision-making at the local level, including local healthcare providers, physician networks, and pharmacies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business or life sciences, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-4 years of proven sales record with a desire for advancement.
  • Ability to become a subject matter expert in the Urology, Oncology, Endocrinology, and Primary Care specialties.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to represent Verity and the brand to its highest standards.
  • Documented sales results are required. Examples of company awards or participation in management development programs are preferred.
