Your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of Bond & Vale by identifying, engaging, and closing new client opportunities across both US and international markets. This involves building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, prospecting through various channels including email, phone, LinkedIn, networking, and creative outreach.

You will conduct discovery conversations to understand prospective clients' business challenges and identify how Bond & Vale can deliver value. This includes preparing and presenting compelling proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to agreement.

Collaboration with our PR, content, and digital teams to develop effective client solutions is key. You will also be responsible for tracking activities, opportunities, and outcomes within our CRM system and contributing market insights and client feedback to enhance our services. Our objective extends beyond service sales to building lasting partnerships with our clients.

This is an on-site role based in Dubai. Due to the nature of our client base, which includes many North American businesses, the working hours are Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Dubai time.

Qualifications

  • Studied (secondary school, college, or university) in North America, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, or other English-speaking markets; OR lived, studied, or worked in one or more of these markets for a significant period.
  • Ability to communicate naturally and confidently with founders, executives, and business owners.
  • Understanding of cultural nuances influencing trust, credibility, and business relationships in English-speaking markets.
  • Enjoy meeting new people and building genuine relationships.
  • Ability to ask thoughtful questions and listen carefully.
  • Natural curiosity about how businesses operate and grow.
  • Takes ownership of work and follows through on commitments.
  • Works effectively without constant supervision.
  • Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to be personable without being overly casual and professional without sounding robotic.
  • Thrives in fast-moving environments where initiative is valued.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, client services, recruitment, hospitality, or another relationship-focused role.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and modern sales and prospecting tools.
