Job Description

Somerce is seeking a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to spearhead growth for their portfolio of e-commerce brands on TikTok Shop.

In this pivotal role, you will be the strategic lead, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth plans that align with client objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in managing trading calendars, optimizing product merchandising, and defining influencer and affiliate strategies to maximize GMV.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of e-commerce brands on TikTok Shop
  • Act as the main point of contact while leading strategy, performance and delivery
  • Build clear, commercially grounded TikTok Shop growth plans
  • Translate business goals into weekly and monthly trading actions
  • Own trading calendars aligned to promotions, launches and key retail moments
  • Lead product merchandising strategy across product selection, bundling, pricing, promotions and incentives
  • Continuously optimize AOV, conversion rate and GMV
  • Identify underperforming SKUs and opportunities to scale winners
  • Own the influencer and affiliate strategy for your client portfolio
  • Define how affiliates are used to drive GMV
  • Work closely with creators to set creator priorities, shape product focus, and align offers and incentives
  • Build and refine creator trading strategies around deal-led moments, always-on content, and live and campaign support
  • Analyze affiliate performance and continuously optimize output
  • Ensure affiliate activity aligns with overall trading and margin goals
  • Monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance metrics
  • Lead performance reviews with clients, backed by clear insights and actions
  • Forecast GMV and trading performance
  • Use data over opinions to inform decisions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing for ecommerce brands
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of gifted strategies not just paid collaborations
  • Strong understanding of ownership of a brand P&L for influencer marketing
  • Comfortable working with performance data and GMV targets
  • Commercially minded and confident making decisions
  • Strong communication skills with both internal teams and clients
  • Experience with TikTok Shop, marketplaces or social commerce (desirable)
  • Background in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG e-commerce (desirable)
