Job Description

N2O is actively seeking dynamic Field Operations Managers to spearhead campaigns for a prominent vaping brand across various UK locations. This role is perfectly suited for a driven leader passionate about managing teams and fostering engagement within independent and symbol retail stores, ensuring successful campaign activations throughout their assigned territory.

As a Field Operations Manager, you will orchestrate a blend of sales, relationship management, and team leadership. Your primary focus will be on executing campaign activations effectively while expanding retailer participation and driving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support a team to achieve sales and engagement targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers to secure campaign participation.
  • Strategically expand retailer locations to optimize logistics, stock management, and team performance.
  • Ensure the smooth execution of activations by managing logistics, stock levels, and team performance.
  • Travel within the designated territory to manage operations and engage with retailers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, field marketing, or territory management, ideally within FMCG, retail, or brand activation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills; experience managing field teams is advantageous.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities, with confidence in engaging independent retailers.
  • Results-driven with a strategic mindset, capable of meeting and exceeding sales and activation targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in reporting, understanding sales/team performance metrics, and managing activation logistics.
  • Possession of a UK Driving Licence and a vehicle is mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of vape and nicotine pouch products (training will be provided).
  • Availability to work Tuesdays through Saturdays.
