Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets across Australia.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Manage the full sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, utilizing CRM systems effectively.
- Oversee P&L for the Australian sales division, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive business development.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and training to the sales team.
- Represent Sleek at industry events and conferences, enhancing brand visibility and networking.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a Head of Sales or similar senior role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth in SaaS or B2B sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in P&L management and strategic business planning.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
