Job Description

Sleek, a rapidly growing FinTech innovator, is searching for an exceptional Head of Sales to lead our Australian operations. This hybrid role, based in Sydney, offers a unique opportunity to drive significant revenue growth and expand our market presence across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth in SaaS or B2B sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in P&L management and strategic business planning.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
