Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Account Manager to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding our key client relationships. Your primary objective will be to ensure exceptional client satisfaction, identify lucrative growth opportunities, and drive sustained revenue through robust partnerships and outstanding service delivery.

You will manage and maintain strong connections with our most important clients, actively seeking out upselling and cross-selling avenues within existing accounts. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in the Nigerian tech/SaaS sector is an added advantage
  • Good understanding of the Nigerian market and consumer behavior preferred
