Job Description
Crystal Global is actively seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join one of its esteemed clients. This role is integral to expanding the client's market presence and driving revenue growth within the vibrant Nigerian real estate sector.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying and onboarding new clients, investors, and strategic partners. Your responsibilities will include cultivating robust relationships with property owners, developers, and corporate entities, and expertly structuring entry points into client portfolios across development, leasing, and management services. You will also be tasked with maintaining and growing key accounts, ensuring sustained business relationships and revenue streams.
This position requires representing the organization effectively in crucial meetings, negotiations, and networking forums, thereby enhancing the company's profile and reach. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the real estate landscape and a proven ability to close significant deals.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new clients, investors, and partners
- Build and manage relationships with property owners, developers, and corporates
- Structure entry points into client portfolios (development, leasing, management)
- Maintain and grow key accounts
- Represent the organisation in meetings, negotiations, and networking forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years in real estate sales, BD, or investment.
- Less than 3 years is ideal if applicant has closed 3+ deals above ₦100M or structured JVs.
- B2B/B2C real estate sales to HNIs, corporates, or diaspora.
- Experience structuring JVs, SPVs, or co-ownership deals.
- Existing network in at least one vertical: diaspora, family offices, corporates, religious orgs.
- Working knowledge of Nigerian land/property law: C of O, Governor’s Consent, family land.
- Capital raising or investor relations experience (desirable).
- Experience launching a new product/brand from zero (desirable).
- Exposure to data-driven sales (desirable).
