Job Description
Civica is seeking a dedicated Application Support professional to join their Daymap team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about problem-solving and customer assistance within a collaborative environment.
As an Application Support specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert support for the Daymap system. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving technical incidents, prioritizing customer needs, and delivering solutions with a strong customer-first ethos. Accurate logging of all customer interactions is essential for maintaining transparency and consistency.
You will manage incoming tickets, escalate issues as required, and collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot complex problems and share knowledge effectively.

- Familiarity with cloud-based applications or Software as a Service (SaaS) environments.

- Ideally, experience working in or supporting the education or schools' sector.
- Ability to read, write, or understand SQL code for querying databases or troubleshooting.
