As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our brand. Your "people-first" attitude, professionalism, and patience will be key in providing tailored solutions and ensuring every customer feels valued and supported. Your responsibilities will include assisting and greeting customers, booking deliveries, processing payments accurately (requiring a typing speed of 40 WPM), maintaining organized records, and collaborating with team members to deliver optimal solutions. You will also proactively offer recommendations to enhance the customer experience and collaborate across departments to resolve issues efficiently.

This is a full-time position requiring availability Monday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. We offer a compensation of $17 per hour. Our hiring process includes application review, a one-way video interview, an in-person interview, and a final decision.
