Job Description

TechOp Solutions is actively seeking experienced Senior Call Center Representatives to join our remote team. This role is ideal for individuals possessing exceptional communication abilities, strong analytical acumen, and a steadfast commitment to delivering outstanding service excellence.

The successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of thriving within a dynamic, high-volume work environment. You will be instrumental in supporting our clients' critical operations by meticulously reviewing, analyzing, and documenting sensitive information, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance are maintained.

This is a remote position, however, candidates must reside within Norfolk, Virginia, or its surrounding areas to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and track incoming calls
  • Prepare and submit accurate, detailed reports in government systems
  • Train and onboard new CSRs
  • Conduct database and open-source research
  • Route and escalate calls appropriately
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a call center environment
  • Associate's Degree (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven ability to multitask while simultaneously communicating and inputting data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with telephony systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in handling sensitive information
