Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of potential prospects through DM, cold-calling, and email outreach
  • Create lead lists and enrich prospect data using various tools
  • Schedule qualification calls with the ultimate goal of booking meetings with sales leadership
  • Filter un- or underqualified leads through phone conversations
  • Track and report on key outreach and close metrics
  • Create and update role-related metrics on an ongoing basis
  • Perform other tactical sales and sales-marketing related tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in phone outreach, as an Appointment Setter or BDR
  • Hands-on experience with a B2B SaaS product (experience with AI is a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C-level or higher)
  • 1+ years of experience developing and executing LinkedIn DM campaigns
  • Experience using Sales Navigator (preferred) or similar lead list building tools
  • Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding quota in a sales outreach role
  • 1+ years of experience using HubSpot (or similar tool) for contact/pipeline management
  • Basic to intermediate Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for pipeline management and reporting
  • Ability to work full-time during PST hours (flexibility offered)
