Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through the expansion of existing accounts and the acquisition of new customers.

  • Acquire a deep understanding of polymer applications and end-use markets.
  • Deliver tailored commercial proposals that align with customer needs and target market segments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of sales experience specifically within the polymer industry, with a preference for experience in polyolefins, recycled resins, or similar materials.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a substantial sales portfolio and achieving consistent revenue growth.
  • Extensive experience in managing key accounts and establishing long-term, productive customer relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to effectively interpret market trends and data.
