Job Description
We are actively building a high-performance outbound sales team within the vibrant health and wellness industry and are seeking competitive closers who are driven by results and uncapped commission potential.
This role is ideal for individuals who are not afraid of rejection, view 'no' as an integral part of the sales process, and are eager to master outbound sales techniques. You will have the opportunity to build significant sales experience in a fast-growing sector.
Your core responsibilities will include making a high volume of outbound cold calls daily, directly closing prospects on calls using proven scripts and objection handling, and identifying customer pain points to position our solutions with urgency and conviction.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Make up to 300 outbound cold calls per day to targeted health and wellness prospects.
- Close prospects directly on the call using a proven script and objection handling techniques.
- Identify pain points quickly and position our solution with urgency and conviction.
- Overcome objections in real-time and ask for the sale without hesitation.
- Accurately log call notes, outcomes, revenue, and next steps.
- Track daily dials, talk time, close rate, and revenue generated.
- Continuously refine pitch, rebuttals, and closing techniques to increase conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Experience in cold calling, door-to-door sales, or any high rejection environment.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outreach quotas.
- Experience using Dialpad or similar calling platforms.
- Strong verbal English with a confident phone presence.
- Ability to work any US time zone.
- A thick skin and a competitive mindset.
