Flosum is seeking a dynamic Developer Community Manager to serve as the public face and credible voice within the expansive Salesforce ecosystem.
This role is crucial for building trust with engineers, architects, and key economic buyers across DevOps and Data Backup/Security domains. The primary objective is to significantly increase Flosum's share of voice within these critical buyer segments.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that positions Flosum as a thought leader. This includes creating engaging LinkedIn posts, representing the company at major industry conferences like Dreamforce, and cultivating strong relationships with community advocates.
The role also involves producing multi-format content such as podcasts and videos, and leveraging existing personal brands to accelerate credibility-building efforts. Success will be measured by community influence and impact on pipeline, rather than just membership numbers.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the public face and credible voice of Flosum in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Build trust with engineers, architects, and economic buyers across DevOps and Data Backup/Security.
- Win share of voice among key buyer segments by producing consistent, credibility-driven content and relationships.
- Develop and execute a thought leadership strategy, including 2-3 LinkedIn posts per week and opportunistic industry commentary.
- Represent Flosum at established community events such as Dreamforce, London's Calling, and regional "Dreamin'" conferences.
- Cultivate, mentor, and amplify named advocate tiers and seed founding charter cohorts.
- Create multi-format content, including podcasts, videos, and co-created content for LinkedIn.
- Utilize existing personal brands to accelerate credibility-building and seed advocacy motions.
- Be measured on share of voice in target regions and community-influenced pipeline.
Qualifications
- A recognized name already inside the Salesforce world—ideally a Salesforce MVP, frequent community-conference speaker, or well-followed Salesforce DevOps/architecture voice.
- Fluency across both DevOps (release management, CI/CD, deployment) and Data/Security (backup, governance, compliance, resilience) audiences.
- Native command of LinkedIn-native formats and the ecosystem's authenticity, give-back, and inclusion norms.
- Comfort being measured on share of voice in target regions and community-influenced pipeline—not raw member counts.
