Job Description

Scriveiner, a distinguished multi-award-winning affordable luxury brand, is seeking a dynamic Head of Amazon Luxury Accessories Brand Global Marketplace. This pivotal role is designed for an ambitious leader to spearhead the growth and strategic development of the brand's presence across all global Amazon marketplaces.

You will be instrumental in driving channel strategy, owning the P&L, and ensuring the seamless launch and optimization of new product ranges. This position offers direct access to founders and the opportunity to significantly shape the future of a fast-growing, highly profitable company.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including advanced PPC management, listing optimization, and account health. Key Responsibilities

  • P&L accountability across all active global Amazon marketplaces, responsible for revenue, margin, advertising efficiency, and cost control.
  • Develop and implement the long-term channel strategy for Scriveiner on Amazon, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Measure, report, and analyze key Amazon metrics to the CEO, using data to drive strategic decisions and improvements.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Scriveiner Amazon account across all marketplaces, ensuring account health and policy compliance.
  • Liaise with the Inventory Management team to maintain accurate stock levels and proactive replenishment.
  • Optimize product listings, A+ content, and Brand Store to maximize conversion, search ranking, and brand presentation.
  • Monitor and protect Buy Box performance, including managing price scraping risks.
  • Take full ownership of all Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display), managing TACoS performance and conducting regular analysis.
  • Develop and execute the Amazon launch strategy for all new products, including listing creation, stock requirements, and initial ranking campaigns.
  • Contribute to pricing strategy and partner with product, inventory, and marketing teams for aligned new product strategies.
  • Lead and develop the Amazon team, including hiring a PPC specialist, setting clear direction, and defining KPIs for performance.
  • Collaborate with inventory management, CEO, and other teams to maximize success on Amazon and support overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing and growing a multi-marketplace Seller Central account, with a history of significant growth in at least one other brand's Amazon channel.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon PPC, including campaign architecture, TACoS management, and clear decision-making.
  • Experience leading or managing at least one direct report, with the ability to set direction, provide feedback, and maintain high standards.
  • Strong commercial judgment for making confident spend, launch timing, and pricing decisions, understanding trade-offs between investment and margin.
  • Clear, credible communication skills, with the ability to explain channel performance, translate data into insights, and identify critical metrics.
  • Solid understanding of Amazon brand management, Buy Box mechanics, listing quality, A+ content, and maintaining premium brand integrity.
  • Ambitious, high energy, curious, and possessing a great attitude, with a drive for high performance and growth.
