Job Description
Müller's Solutions is seeking an accomplished SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to join our dedicated team. This role requires a deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules and extensive experience in implementing and refining HR solutions for a diverse clientele.
In this capacity, you will lead comprehensive implementation projects, provide strategic advisory services, and ensure the successful delivery of HR technology solutions that align precisely with client business objectives.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in the following key SuccessFactors modules:
- LMS (Learning Management System): Possess thorough knowledge and hands-on experience with the LMS module.
- Performance Management: Be skilled in configuring and overseeing the Performance Management module.
- Compensation: Exhibit expertise in Compensation Management, ensuring effective configuration and operation.
Key responsibilities include leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors modules, collaborating with clients to translate HR processes into effective solutions, and managing project timelines to ensure successful completion. You will also provide expert advice on best practices, conduct training sessions, and stay abreast of industry trends.

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors modules tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- Provide expert advice on best practices and recommend enhancements to optimize system performance.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to support user adoption.
- Work cross-functionally with technical teams to ensure successful integration with other systems.
- Stay updated on SuccessFactors product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in SuccessFactors consulting with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of multiple SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Possession of relevant SuccessFactors certifications is strongly preferred.
- Arabic language proficiency is required.
