Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources operations and contribute to our continued success in the manufacturing sector.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. You will ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies, while also driving HR strategies that align with our overarching business objectives.

Qualifications
- B.Sc. / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years relevant experience in a similar HR role
- CIPM or other HR certification is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and employee relations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
