Job Description
Ajmal Perfumes is seeking an experienced HR Lead to drive Performance & Talent Management initiatives from our Dubai office.
In this senior leadership role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing end-to-end performance management processes, talent assessment strategies, and succession planning. Your primary focus will be partnering with business leaders to cultivate a high-performance culture across the organization.
Key responsibilities include aligning KRAs/KPIs, managing appraisal cycles, identifying high-potential employees, fostering competency development, and implementing data-driven HR strategies to support business growth.
