Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all.
Your duties will include maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases, supporting performance management and appraisal processes, and handling employee relations issues to provide essential HR support to staff.
You will also assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and organize training and development programs, preparing comprehensive HR reports.

- Experience with HR software or ATS is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
