Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to spearhead our global hiring initiatives. This role is crucial for attracting top talent across diverse functions and international markets, ensuring Pulse Labs AI continues its growth trajectory.

You will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure exceptional candidates for roles spanning engineering, product, customer success, go-to-market, and operations. Your expertise will be vital in navigating the complexities of global recruitment and adapting strategies to local market dynamics.

Key responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to offer closing, and proactively sourcing both active and passive candidates to build robust talent pipelines for current and future needs.

You will also collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes, providing valuable insights on market trends and candidate expectations. Ensuring a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring journey is paramount.

Proficiency in modern ATS platforms like Workable, Ashby, or Greenhouse is essential, along with experience posting and managing roles across various global and local job boards. Continuous improvement of recruiting workflows and reporting will be a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting across multiple functions, including Engineering, Product, Customer Success, GTM, and administrative roles
  • Manage the full lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing
  • Lead hiring efforts across international markets (e.g., India, Japan, and other regions as needed)
  • Adapt sourcing and recruiting strategies based on local market dynamics, candidate expectations, and hiring norms
  • Proactively source both active and passive candidates using a variety of channels
  • Build and maintain pipelines for critical roles and future hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria
  • Provide guidance on market trends, candidate expectations, and compensation insights
  • Ensure a high-quality, responsive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
  • Effectively manage scheduling, communication, and follow-ups across multiple time zones
  • Utilize ATS platforms such as Workable, Ashby, or Greenhouse to manage pipelines and reporting
  • Post and manage roles across platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and region-specific job boards
  • Continuously improve recruiting workflows, reporting, and hiring efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated experience hiring across multiple functions (technical and non-technical)
  • Experience recruiting in international markets (e.g., India, Japan, or similar regions)
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
  • Strong experience managing interview processes, coordinating with hiring managers, and closing candidates
  • Deep understanding of effective recruiting strategies, tools, and metrics
  • Experience with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, Ashby, Greenhouse)
  • Hands-on experience posting and managing roles across global and local job boards
