Job Description

GHGSat is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Workplace & People Experience Coordinator to join their team. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to blend HR responsibilities with office operations, serving as a crucial point of contact for employee well-being and seamless daily functioning.

In this position, you will be instrumental in shaping the employee journey, from onboarding new hires to designing engaging initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full onboarding journey for new hires, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs and team-building events.
  • Chair the Health & Safety Committee, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe workplace.
  • Support cross-functional projects, including AI productivity initiatives.
  • Assist with ad hoc People & Culture projects as the company scales.
  • Maintain and organize internal HR documents and ensure HRIS data is up-to-date.
  • Support recruitment logistics by coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Administer employee benefits, answering questions and liaising with providers.
  • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management and travel bookings.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including supply management and facilities upkeep.
  • Plan and execute company events and meetings.
  • Coordinate lunch orders and manage relationships with office vendors.
  • Schedule and facilitate internal and external meetings.
  • Provide ad hoc support to other members of the executive team.
