Job Description
Beifa and Astar is expanding, and we’re looking for smart, driven, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about providing exceptional customer support.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. We are particularly interested in female candidates for this position.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively

Qualifications
- Minimum of BSC or HND
- 1–2 years of work experience in customer service (fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply)

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities
