Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support / Sales Onboarding Agents. This role is pivotal in engaging customers at the point of sale and guiding them through a smooth onboarding process onto their purchased products.

Your primary responsibilities will include clear communication, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Operating within a fast-paced call center environment, you will be ideal for individuals who are confident, persuasive, and dedicated to service excellence.

Key duties involve educating customers on product features and usage, resolving basic inquiries, and escalating complex issues appropriately. You will also be responsible for the accurate capture and documentation of customer information, while consistently meeting daily and weekly onboarding, quality, and productivity targets. Adherence to call scripts, onboarding procedures, and compliance guidelines is essential, as is delivering a professional and positive customer experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers via calls or other approved channels.
  • Educate customers on the product they have purchased and guide them through the onboarding process.
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
  • Resolve basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Ensure accurate capture and documentation of customer information.
  • Meet daily and weekly onboarding, quality, and productivity targets.
  • Adhere strictly to call scripts, onboarding procedures, and compliance guidelines.
  • Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with Team Leads and QA to improve performance and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. qualification.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales is an added advantage.
  • Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Quick to learn new products and processes and customer-focused.
  • Strong typing skills with high speed and accuracy for efficient data entry and customer interaction.
  • Fluency in English and Hausa is required.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM or call systems.
  • Ability to work 24-hour rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must reside in Maryland, Lagos or nearby environs.
