Job Description

A Lekki-based real estate firm is seeking a customer-focused Customer Relations Officer to manage client interactions, handle inquiries and complaints, and ensure excellent customer experience.

In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their needs with professionalism and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining positive client relationships, providing accurate information about our products and services, and maintaining proper records of all customer interactions.

We require candidates with an OND/HND/BSc in a related field and 1-2 years of experience in customer service or customer relations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
