Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Manager to lead our food and beverage department. This critical role involves overseeing all aspects of our dining operations, from menu planning and execution to staff management and financial performance.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
- Develop and implement menus, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and cost control.
- Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar senior F&B role.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations and management principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial management and cost control.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.
