We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the comprehensive operations of a thriving hotel in Onitsha. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of the hotel, including its Rooms Division, Food & Beverage outlets, and Nightclub/Bar units.

Your primary focus will be to drive profitability, enhance guest satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence across all departments. You will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives, managing budgets, and fostering a culture of high performance and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across rooms, F&B, and bar/nightclub.
Lead, train, and motivate departmental heads and staff to achieve performance goals.
Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality systems.
Drive revenue growth and cost control through strategic planning and innovation.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
Manage vendor relationships and operational logistics effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a multi-outlet property.
Strong leadership, team building, and communication skills.
Excellent understanding of hotel operations systems and controls.
Strategic mindset, and results-oriented attitude.
