Job Description

TotalEnergies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support its International Mobility Correspondent team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist International Mobility Correspondents with daily management tasks, including payroll simulations and various attestations.
  • Support International Mobility Correspondents in managing expatriation departure files and preparing necessary documentation for employees.
  • Provide assistance with social security affiliations and the calculation of leave entitlements.
  • Participate in periodic HR administration campaigns, specific studies, internal audits, and file monitoring/control.
  • Manage a small portfolio of expatriates.
  • Process and review expense reports for expatriate employees.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate with a Bac+5 degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of international mobility, payroll, and international work environments.
  • Ideally, prior experience in international mobility or payroll.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Aptitude for Power BI is a plus.
  • Autonomy, rigor, discretion, and a team spirit.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Must possess a valid residence permit for the duration of the contract (minimum 13 months) at the time of hiring.
